    I have a doubt in question number 2,
    ‘all legislatures’ this word refers only the legislative assembly then the local bodies are independent body, It even cannot comes under any decisions making in legislatives I think so
    Is my view and way of thinking correct or not sir?
    Kindly explain me sir
